How it works
Pose estimation identifies the positions of body keypoints (head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles) in images or video. The resulting skeleton can be used as conditioning input for AI generation (via ControlNet), as a motion reference for character animation, or for analyzing human movement. In AI video production, pose estimation enables controlled character positioning, motion transfer between subjects, and dance/movement choreography in generated content.
